Asynchronous motors are usually equipped with reducers due to the lack of speed regulation design, resulting in a common problem of low transmission efficiency. The motor achieves its peak efficiency only when operating within a fixed load range; efficiency drops significantly when the load is below or above this range.
Low level of automation: fan speed and quantity cannot be automatically adjusted according to water temperature, leading to considerable energy waste.
